Financial statements are prepared at year-end and give owners a detailed financial performance on how their business performed during the past year. Depending on loan covenants or shareholder agreements businesses usually require Compilation (Notice-to-Reader), Review, or Audited financial statements. Our focus is on compilation (Notice-to-Reader) financial statements only. However, if you require a review or audit engagement we will liaison with a recognized public accounting service firm on your behalf, allowing you time to focus on your business.
